Stated Income Loans Coming Back!

See the email I just received from my mortgage broker below...

I can now do "stated income" loans.

Here are the primary guidelines:

Loan amount must be between 418,000 and 1,500,000.

Borrower must be self-employed.

40% down required.

Great rates.

I know the down payment can be tough, but at least we have this product back. This is a sign of good things to come!!!
